Here's a different twist on the melted crayon art on canvas. Check it out. Just in time for Valentine's Day! A heart. Look how cool this turned out.
Just get a box of 64 Crayola crayons, a large poster board or canvas, pencil, hot glue gun, and a hair dryer.
Draw the shape of your heart out lightly in pencil first. Then hot glue the crayons on in the various color arrangement you would like. Lay down some newspaper because once the wax of the crayons melt it will go everywhere. More so than you think. Take the hair dryer to the crayons and melt the wax. You won't think it is working and then all of the sudden...poof! The crayon wax really starts to flow.
Have Fun!
